Congregations and leaders familiar with the work of the Alban Institute will be pleased to discover that many of the excellent consultants of Alban continue to offer their extensive and comprehensive workshop leadership and consulting services through Congregational Consulting Group. The group also publishes a blog titled “Perspectives”, which interested persons can receive via email at no charge. There are currently seven consultants working with the group. They include Susan Beaumont, John Wimberly, Susan Nienaber, Alice Mann, Dan Hotchkiss, David Brubaker, and Sarai Rice. They consult with a wide variety of congregations, bringing to bear decades of quality insights, service and leadership. Their expertise includes strategic planning, congregational growth, planning and program development, conflict, board governance, declining congregations, staff development, personnel crises, professional misconduct, interpersonal dynamics, congregational contextual discernment, congregational redevelopment, and work within different size congregations.
