Supported by the Archdiocese of Baltimore, ChristLife is a Catholic lay ministry created in response to Pope John Paul II’s call for “a new evangelization.” ChristLife provides a curriculum for evangelism training, seeking to equip and prepare Catholics to reach out from their parishes to bring in new members, including those of no faith, as well as baptized Catholics who may have little experience practicing the faith. Made up of three units, each seven weeks in length, this resource includes videos, books, and printable materials available for order, or with purchase of a license for unlimited reproduction of materials. “Discovering Christ” introduces people from any background to the gospel with an emphasis on proclamation and the person of Jesus Christ. “Following Christ” addresses Catholic doctrine and discipleship, preparing adults to make a renewed commitment to their faith, and to develop new disciplines in the faith. “Sharing Christ” equips Catholics to connect through friendship, share their faith, and invite others into discipleship. The emphasis is on evangelizing personally, with support through parish ministries.
