Every issue offers a collection of articles that explore a featured missional topic or theme from six perspectives: Practices, Culture, Place, Theology, Review and Story. For example, the Winter 2015 theme is “Experiment and Innovation”. It includes an article related to practices entitled, “Core Capacities for the Minister as Missional Leader.” The theology article is a retrospective on missional pioneer Lesslie Newbigin’s contribution to missionary theology. Contributors are part of a worldwide network of veteran practitioners, teachers, researchers, and innovators. The editors are experienced missiologists who provide a seasoned perspective on the evolving missional landscape. All articles are archived and accessible on this free site. Readers can turn to the Journal for the latest thinking and practice from world class contributors in the lineage of David Bosch, Lesslie Newbigin, Daryl Guder and Craig Van Gelder, who serves on the editorial team.
