The Congregational Resource Guide (CRG) is an online tool designed to help leaders of all congregations find the right resources to address their challenges and opportunities.
Begin by searching for topics of interest to your congregation or congregational team.
When you find resources you are interested in remembering, click the check boxes and click print or save in the upper right hand corner of your screen.
At any time, if you would like to return to the home page, click on the CRG logo in the top left corner of the page.
In order to save, you will need to sign in if you already have an account or sign up to create an account. Once you have signed in or signed up, the CRG should take you back to your search results page with the items checked. Click save.
This prompts creation of a workspace where you can see these resources, save additional resources, invite congregational team members, start discussions about the resources and the topic and ask for expert help.
Once you click save, you may enter a word or words to describe the topic and to serve as the workspace title.
As you find additional resources, click the check box and click save. When you place your cursor in the box, the names of current workspaces appear. You may choose one of those workspaces to which to save the resources or create a new workspace for the resources.
To start a discussion, open a workspace and click on the new discussion button on the upper right side of the screen or under the discussion heading.
To invite another congregational team member who may want to see the resources and be part of the conversation, click the invite a participant button on the right side of the workspace screen.
To invite a resource expert to offer additional advice, click the invite an expert button on the right side of the workspace screen. A resource expert will respond within 24 hours.
