SynergosXP is an organization that believes that most pastors diidn't decide to become pastors because of a love for the administrative tasks that come along with the job, and they exist to help pastors with those responsibilities.
SynergosXP offers services to design and implement a fully encompassing executive ecosystem for congregations they partner with. Together, they hope to help congregations create a mission and vision, develop a road map, gather the resources to support that plan, develop communications, guide and invite the congregation's participation in the plan, and identify the best team for implementation.
