Finding the right resources for your congregation
This book contains fifty exercises that congregational groups can use to build community and encourage spiritual growth. The exercises are designed to take fifteen to twenty-five minutes and include an opening prayer, a gathering time for personal sharing, a biblical reflection period, and a closing prayer. The exercises are arranged thematically from those dealing with first meetings of the group through discerning what God asks of us and receiving God's guidance as we work to celebrating accomplishments and closure.
