Mosaix Global Network was founded in 2004 by Dr. Mark DeYmaz and Dr. George Yancey. Mosaix was created to connect and support congregations interested in establishing healthy multi-ethnic communities. The stated goal of the organization is to “[see] 20% of local churches achieve 20% diversity by 2020.” Mosaix offers a number of resources to facilitate this transformation. These resources include speaking at events; coaching for leaders; membership packages that include resources for getting started, discounts on other resources and events, and direct access to other members in the network through Facebook; and free resources including podcast and teleconference archives, blog posts, videos and articles. Mosaix Network can be contacted through a form on their website. This resource would be beneficial to any congregation that desires to take seriously a move to a multi-ethnic model and that desires information on how to get started and/or ongoing support for that endeavor. Yancy is a sociologist who has studied multiracial churches. DeYmaz is also the author of {{Building a Healthy Multi-ethnic Church: Mandate, Commitments and Practices of a Diverse Congregation | http://www.amazon.com/Building-Healthy-Multi-ethnic-Church-Congregation/dp/0787995517/?tag=centerforcong-20}}.
