The National Association of Church Personnel Administrators (NACPA) is a national organization for human resource managers and personnel directors dedicated to the promotion and development of just personnel practices for all church employees. With a Roman Catholic focus, its vision is to model employment relationships that promote dignity, provide quality human resource standards, and ensure that Church employees both receive just compensation and participate in decisions that affect them. Publications include the annual National Diocesan Salary Survey, the National Church Employee Benefits Survey, and the Salary Survey of Catholic Charities Agencies.
