John M. Reid is the director of the leadership and organizational consulting practice known as The Reid Group. Before assuming this role, John worked with the Archdiocese of Seattle in the Office of the Archbishop, holding formation, training, and placement responsibilities for ordained and lay ministers as the Coordinator of Transition Services in the Archdiocese. He is a former chairperson of the National Association for Lay Ministry (NALM) and is, currently, a board member for that organization. John has also co-authored the book The Gospel Call to Collaborative Ministry. He gives workshops across the United States on the themes of collaboration and transition in ministry. John holds a Master of Divinity degree and a Masters degree in Administration from the University of Notre Dame, in Indiana.
This firm offers services including organizational development, mediation, fund development, coaching, IT services and does offer some products on a retail basis.
