Congregational Resource Guide
Finding the right resources for your congregation
Parents, educators, and congregations seeking information about access and services for people with special needs will benefit from the many resources provided by the Council for Jews with Special Needs, Inc. A nonprofit human resources agency, the council works to ensure that the disabled can participate in the religious, cultural, and social life of their communities. Council services include family support groups, a job bank, disability workshops, and referral services. Links on the council's Web site and a printed resource directory provide easy access to information on accessible schools, synagogues, camps, and other facilities in the United States and Canada.
