Congregational Resource Guide
Finding the right resources for your congregation
Single adults constitute a significant portion of the adult population yet congregations can easily miss the ministry potential they represent. This site is a treasure trove of information on the spectrum of ages, stages, challenges and gifts of single adulthood. Through articles, small group studies, assessment tools, and more, leaders can evaluate, plan and resource a singles ministry that is a fit for their unique location. For example, there is a 5-session study on being Christian and Single that fosters frank, scripturally informed and practical discussion of the issues related to singleness “by design, default, death and divorce”. The study includes a downloadable leader’s guide, session content, and student handouts. All content is free and can be used by staff, leaders and singles themselves for study, leader development, outreach, ministry design and small group formation.
