This collection introduces congregational leaders to the practice of asset mapping- an approach that helps congregations identify and mobilize the strengths, relationships, and resources already present within their congregation and surrounding neighborhood. This set of tools includes a simple checklist, an online article, an overview webinar and a guide that will support clergy and lay leaders in uncovering and maximizing gifts, partnerships, and opportunities. Together, they offer a method to shift focus from needs to activating, and growing, assets.
