This growing collection of resources emerged from the National Initiative to Address Economic Challenges Facing Pastoral Leaders, a grant program funded by Lilly Endowment and hosted by the Center for Congregations. Over nearly a decade, organizations in this initiative have been working to find ways to alleviate financial pressures of pastoral leadership, improve financial literacy skills among pastors, and enhance fiscal leadership in congregations and ministries. Key practical learnings and tools are represented in public-facing resources that benefit congregational clergy and lay leaders, some of which are presented in this collection.
