This organization offers opportunities to grow the leadership base of your congregation. Through short-range and long-range programs, CCL provides leadership training not only to congregational leaders but to those who feel led to explore that for the first time as well. They offer cohort programs to improve preaching quality and reach, training opportunities for those interested in learning to pastor on an interim or long-term basis, and discipleship training to turn members of your congregation into disciple-makers.

Practical Applications

• Gather a group of 3-8 people from your congregation and encourage them to attend the Disciple-Making training to learn from the actionable plans presented and be able to grow disciples within your congregation.
• Help interested members of your congregation respond to their calling to become faith leaders by sharing with them about the Bridge Ministry Training that CCL offers, and encourage them to sign up for the 8-week course to prepare them to lead in an interim capacity or begin their own journey toward long-term ministry.
