Description
This organization helps congregations and communities support Black mental health through healing justice, education, and peer support. BEAM (Black Emotional and Mental Health Collective) is a national nonprofit dedicated to building a world where emotional and mental wellness is accessible and rooted in Black cultural traditions. Through online and in-person programs, BEAM equips individuals and institutions with tools for emotional intelligence, peer support, and community-based care. The organization offers training, events, grants, wellness resources, and a Black Wellness Directory designed to empower faith communities to better care for themselves and one another.
