Practical Applications
From your clergy peer group, develop a cohort to study this curriculum together, creating a safe place in which to learn and grow. Consider including respected and well-established colleagues who encourage the development of mentor relationships. Working as a group can strengthen accountability, reduce isolation and burnout, and normalize shared experiences.
