Youth leaders will find research-based thinking and practices to enrich their leadership and programs. Experienced practitioners provide blogs, articles, recommended resources and an interactive forum on a range of topics, all related to nurturing vibrant faith in adolescents. Every week there is a featured article that explores faith formation strategies, issues, and topics of concern in youth ministry today. For example, recent postings address the importance of mentoring, serving youth beyond the boundaries of the congregation, and how Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs can provide a helpful framework for youth ministry. There are also book reviews and a substantial list of faith formation websites. Searchable archives offer ready access to past content. All services of the Faith Formation Learning Exchange are provided free of charge by Vibrant Faith Ministries of Minnesota.
