This four-day conference is sponsored by the International Catholic Stewardship Council (ICSC), a ministry of the Roman Catholic Church. “ICSC is the only organization dedicated exclusively to advancing Christian stewardship, Catholic philanthropy and resource development in North America, as well as overseas.” The ICSC event began in 1965, and it continues to offer Roman Catholics an annual gathering place to “advance the ministry of Christian stewardship as a way of life in the Roman Catholic Church, and to promote the causes of Catholic philanthropy in dioceses and parishes worldwide.” At the conference, attendees learn and share resources via workshops, exhibits, and discussion groups. Participants also worship together and hear keynote speakers on successful and practical strategies for making stewardship and generosity part and parcel of what it means to be Roman Catholic. This conference is for development office personnel, parish clergy, and lay and judicatory leaders from the Roman Catholic tradition.
