The mission of The Church Multiplication Training Center (CMTC) is to refocus the church to be about disciples making disciples. Since its beginning in 1991, the Center has trained over 5,000 persons in church planting and disciple making. Its roots are in the Missionary Church, but it considers itself an inter-denominational organization. It adheres to the theological principles of the National Association of Evangelicals. The CMTC has several program emphases. For existing congregations, it sponsors programs titled “On Mission”. Using strategies diagramed on their website, this comprehensive training program equips congregations to refocus their mission and ministry on making disciples. A second major emphasis is on church planting, which equips leaders to learn specific strategies for starting new congregations. A third program is for training individuals who work as coaches with congregations. The CMTC has a particular emphasis on Spanish language programming for congregational leaders. Upcoming events and contact information are located on the website.
