JC truly believes in the value of education, professional development, and best practices to improve ministry and its impact. JC is most interested in congregational leadership, board development, and succession planning.

JC received two bachelor’s degrees from Georgetown College, where he was a Regents Scholar at Oxford University, a master’s from the University of Louisville, a PhD from Newburgh Seminary, and is working on a PhD from IU Bloomington. JC is a proud husband and father to three children, and one fur baby named Vincent.
