Program planning is a process by which an idea becomes a reality as a new project, activity or initiative. This involves identifying an idea worth pursuing, exploring possibilities, choosing a direction, incorporating resources, learning new skills, letting go of competing commitments, taking on operational tasks, and evaluating the results.
